Internet is back to normal? LOL Just went there for a quick non-movable business trip for a day. Nothing is back to normal. Power mainly on generators, military installations in the street, your smarthphone is checke upon entry and departure. Internet is available sometimes, but its heavily blocked. Not even Nordvpn worked. Leaving the hotel was only possible with armed security.
Just promoting this connection right now, you should be honest with the situation on site.
